  • Click & Collect Mechanics: Free local store pickup is available at our Charleston boutique hub. Orders chosen for collection are typically ready for pickup inside a 2-hour window during documented operational store hours.

5. Order Cancellations & Return Exceptions

  • Cancellation Window: Standard orders can be cancelled freely before standard carrier routing or physical package label creation. Customized sizing batches or tailored layout sets cannot be cancelled once custom production has been initiated.
  • Return Entitlement: Unopened, untouched accessories and nail kits retain a 14-day return window from delivered receipt.
  • Sanitary Exclusions: Due to health, beauty salon, and personal care safety codes, open-box returns are **strictly rejected** on worn, filed, or custom-altered nails, or if the protective adhesive seal has been broken.
  • Courier Discrepancies: Transit breaks or defects must be reported to support@lynnsnail.us within 24 hours of arrival accompanied by photographic proof.

6. Fee Allocations & Tracked Returns

  • Restocking Framework: Lynn's Nail applies a flat $0.00 Restocking Fee framework across all valid, qualifying return batches.
  • Postage Allocation: Shoppers cover return delivery fees for standard "change of mind" requests. Lynn's Nail bears 100% of the financial cost only when a package is verified as an internal fulfillment error or courier defect batch.

Any legal disputes or litigation processes shall be handled exclusively under the jurisdiction of the state or federal courts operating inside Illinois.
