We process online orders and handle customer care requests 7 days a week, including Sundays:

Ordering & Customization
Can I customize my press-on nails?
Yes! We provide a diverse variety of base styles (Almond, Coffin, Square, and Stiletto). You can easily request specific personalized sizing or custom design enhancements during your ordering process to ensure a perfect hand match.
What happens if I need to change or cancel my order?
For standard inventory lines, please reach out to our team instantly before processing alerts generate. However, for specialized custom nail modifications, changes or cancellations are strictly unavailable once active preparation has begun.
Shipping & Store Pickup
Do you ship outside of the USA?
No. To guarantee secure package monitoring and prompt, reliable transits, we ship exclusively to destinations within the United States.
How long does domestic delivery take?
Our domestic fulfillment parameters are clearly defined below:
• Handling Time: 1 – 2 Business Days (Daily order cut-off is 5:00 PM Central Time).
• Transit Time: 3 – 5 Business Days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
• Total Delivery Window: 4 – 7 Business Days from final payment authorization.
How does Free Local Store Pickup (Click & Collect) work?
Bypass standard carrier shipping times completely by choosing "Pick Up" at checkout. Most local collection orders are compiled and ready for storefront retrieval within 2 hours. You will receive an automated "Ready for Pickup" email confirmation to prompt your visit to our Charleston location.
Cancellations & Returns
What is your standard return window?
We offer a transparent 14-day statutory notification window for standard, unsealed, and completely unopened nail sets or application accessories returned in their original packaging elements.
Can I return used, worn, or customized nails?
Due to rigorous public safety, personal hygiene, and sanitary cosmetic regulations, worn or open-box nail sets with broken adhesive wraps cannot be returned under any conditions. Tailored bespoke shapes or customized designs are also entirely exempt from standard returns.
Are there any restocking fees applied to returns?
No. We honor completely transparent pricing structures. Lynn's Nail enforces a strict $0.00 restocking fee framework for all eligible, authorized standard returns.

Damaged Items & Defects
What should I do if my package arrives damaged or defective?
If a courier mishandles your package, please email our administrative inbox at support@lynnsnail.us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide your unique order number and upload clear photos of the damaged item along with the shipping box labels so we can issue an immediate priority replacement set or process a complete refund.
